Dear Members and Followers
All 9th graders from Bocage Basic School, who wanted to share their pictures and stories about pets, have already given their contribution and evaluated the blog in a survey. Here are our students' choices for the best of Bocage Pets.

We are making a break in our blog since this schoolyear we haven't got any more pictures to show nor stories to tell. But we will be back next schoolyear with new students, pictures and stories. Farewell!

8ºC - JOANA C.'S PET - OZZY

Hey! My pet's name is Ozzy and he was born on June 6th, 2009. So, he is 9 months old. My cousin gave Ozzy to me and my brother, because she could not stay with him. Now, he lives with me, my brother and my parents. He is a Yorkshire Terrier, his hair is straight and brown... and he is small, intelligent, funny, smart and so cute! He loves sleeping on my bed, he is a great companion, and knows very well how to beg my mother food. At home he is already one of the family members. When I am sad, he feels sad too, but he usually makes something to change it. I will never leave him because I love my dog so much that there are not words to express it. WE HAVE A BIG FRIENDSHIP!

9º D - PAULO S.'S PET - Kika

Allow me to introduce my bitch. She is three years old now and she is usually pretty loud for a small dog and when I say small, I mean chiuaua-like small. Her breed is unknown because we have never found out who her father was. Anyway her mother was a poodle, what would explain her tiny size.
She isn't all that bad, she is usually pretty cute and sweet and lazy... But sometimes she can be a real, well, a bitch - at the slightest attempt to play with her, she charges you and bites your hands. Thankfully she doesn't get this mood too often.
As far as her appearance is concerned, she is small, white coated with black spots on her back and face, she has got black paws and a little pink belly. Sometimes she lies on her back and asks me to rub her belly. It is a cliché, I know... She does have a lot of toys, from balls to huge Teddy Bears, but I think her best toy is my nephew - he and she are best friends.

9ºD - MARIANA D.'S PETS - Biluatétéia & Sheila

Hello, I'm Marianne! I have got a parrot and a dog! Biluatétéia is the parrot. She is 2 years old and she is very talkative - she is always imitating people! She imitates me and everybody she hears. Once she spoiled a phone! She saw the phone, caught and ruined it by taking out its keys. My father went mad and closed her in the cage (she is usually free indoors). Well, now let's talk about Sheila, her full name is Vianset Sheila Silver, but we call her Sheila! Sheila is 6 years and she is very sleepy! She is either sleeping or eating! Sheila has never done anything wrong, so we do not have many stories to tell, except that once when we were coming back from a walk, she ran up the stairs and reached the 8th floor of the building!
